Hello and welcome to 2nd grade! My name is Miss Schmidt and I will be your teacher this year! I was born and raised in Michigan. I graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. I then moved to Pennsylvania last summer. This will be my 5th year teaching, and I am so happy I get to spend it with you! I love singing, painting, eating, and spending time with my family. I have one giant dog named Lenny, and I was just recently engaged! I can’t wait to hear all about you and the things you love to do! I hope you are ready to have loads of fun and learn so many new things this year. I am looking forward to learning and growing together!
